How does purchasing a property from your site work?

Prime Land Exchange is a marketplace, much like Amazon. We are a platform for our Marketplace Partners to list their properties.

Not all properties are eligible for eligible for financing through the seller.

If you would like to reserve a property, just hit the $100 reservation fee and it's as simple as signing the purchase agreement and paying the remaining down payment balance.

We will then put you in contact with the Marketplace Partner that owns the property and they will work with you directly on finalizing your purchase.

What is a Marketplace Partner?

We have opened up our land selling service to other qualified and vetted land sellers, we call them Marketplace Partners. These Marketplace Partners, like ourselves, own or have the exclusive rights to sell their properties and many offer owner financing as well.

When you reserve a property from a Marketplace Partner, we will immediately put you in touch with them to answer additional questions regarding the property and finalize your transaction.

What happens when I reserve a property?

Once you have found the property you would like to purchase, you can reserve the property for $100.

After the reservation has been placed, we will introduce you directly to the Marketplace Partner that is selling the property and you will coordinate directly with them to finalize your purchase.

We will send an introductory email and send you a form to gather additional information necessary for a purchase agreement.

Are there any hidden fees when buying land from you?

There are no hidden fees in the purchasing process. Each of our listing disclose our common fees which include the documentation fee, monthly note servicing fee, and pro-rated property taxes.

Our Marketplace Partners use innovative means to find off market properties and bring them directly to you! This allows our partners to pass the savings on to you.
