Prime Land Exchange Marketplace is the very first land marketplace that is geared towards the needs of land investors. Our main goal is to make land accessible to everyone. We simplify every aspect of selling land on terms. We remove the barriers to the effective sales and marketing of land by eliminating the need for each land seller to create a website and market properties.

Selling land is now as easy as on-boarding as a Marketplace Partner and uploading your listing to our website. All marketing will be done fairly and without bias. There is no pay to play that favors certain tiers of Marketplace Partners.

50% of all Marketplace Partner subscription funds will be spent on marketing. We employ industry leading E-Commerce approaches to email marketing, physical marketing, affiliate marketing, and more.

Our marketplace is more effective and more affordable than any land listing service because we have fully embraced the E-commerce strategies that our prospective buyers crave.

There are no “signature” listings that bias search results toward more established Partners. Rather, we will shuffle listings in each area on a routine basis. So each time a prospective buyer searches for land in the same area, they will find new listings from other Partners.

When prospective buyers have questions about specific listings, they are able to chat directly with the Partner.

If Partners want to drive more attention to their listings, instead of paying for signature listings, they are able to add funds to a marketing budget that our expert marketing team will deploy into social media marketing using our effective marketing templates and systems. We can route these leads directly into your CRM with relevant tags, etc. This option will only be available to our exclusive Partners.

Prospective buyers will be able to purchase directly through the marketplace. Our marketplace will receive 0% commission and 100% of funds (minus transaction fees) will be distributed to the Partner.

My wife Alyssa and I started land investing in 2018 and immediately ran into the same problems most investors encounter and continually struggle with - how do we sell our land online? And secondly, how can we sell land in every state? Well we accomplished the first issue, though it was an expensive and time consuming endeavor. But we realized it just wasn’t viable for us to personally buy land all over the country. Whenever we have felt like we could not accomplish something ourselves, we would reach out to our community. So we decided to create a product by land investors and for land investors. By including other investors on our site, we would be able to satisfy the ever growing needs of our prospective buyers in the land industry as a whole; this inturn allows all ships to rise. And at the same time, we could create a Co-op style community that has a say in how we build out the service as we improve month to month.
